ORDERING INFORMATION

All orders are made in the order in which they are received. We carry no stock items. All of our work is done by hand and to your specifications. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Be forewarned however, this delivery time is only approximate. We will do everything we can to get your merchandise to you in a timely fashion. All items are guaranteed to your satisfaction. Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery to your address and returned in the same condition as shipped. Please phone for return authorization. No returns will be accepted on special order items.

Terms:

Orders will be filled only with payment in advance. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted through PAYPAL only (please see order sheet for instructions on using PAYPAL). Personal check, or money order are accepted. Please allow one week extra in production time for personal checks. There will be a $20.00 charge on returned checks.

All items shipped via U.P.S. ground or U.S. Mail. Please refer to Order Form for shipping and handling charges to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Call or e-mail for shipping and handling charges for large orders over $500.00, Canadian and overseas orders.
